Job Requirements
- Minimum four years of previous experience
- One to three years of experience in management
- Experience in the food service industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to handle and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to stand for long periods.

Job Duties
- Manage, support, collaborate with, and advance teams including hiring, evaluating, educating, mentoring, and overseeing performance
- Guarantee that food service operations align with the Executional Strategy
- Support team in understanding objectives and approaches through coaching
- Provide incentives to encourage employee dedication
- Ensure preservation of safety and sanitation criteria
- Recognize client needs and communicate operational developments
- Implement strategies to boost earnings and oversee fiscal frameworks
- Monitor P and L statements consistently
- Maintain quality and control costs within budget
- Implement Aramark’s workforce and food programs
- Increase value through streamlined operations and cost control
- Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence principles
- Manage manufacturing, distribution, and food provision processes
- Foster a safe and supportive environment
- Adhere to safety, health, and work hour regulations
- Construct and sustain mechanisms for food selection, acquisition, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
- Generate operational forecasts and manage accounting functions
- Lead unit staff in production, presentation, quality control, cost management, labor, and training
- Attract, secure, and maintain frontline workforce
- Conduct periodic stock assessments
- Ensure compliance with ARAMARK and regulatory requirements through record-keeping
- Interact with client decision-makers and maintain strong relationships
- Participate in sales and contract discussions
- Explore new product and service opportunities
- Handle front-end dining operations
- Develop and execute food service plans aligned with client values and sustainability.
