Job Requirements
- Minimum four years of previous experience
- 1-3 years in a management role
- Prior food service industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client and customer relationships
- Competence in delivering superior customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 lbs infrequently
- Willingness to stand continuously for long periods

Job Duties
- Manage, support, collaborate with, and advance teams including hiring, evaluating, educating, mentoring, and overseeing performance
- Guarantee food service operations align with executional strategy
- Provide coaching to teams on objectives and approaches
- Ensure safety and sanitation criteria are upheld
- Recognize client necessities and share operational updates
- Implement strategies to boost earnings and oversee fiscal frameworks
- Generate and monitor P&L statements
- Implement and maintain workforce and food programs
- Manage production, distribution, and food provision processes
- Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere
- Adhere to safety, health, and labor policies
- Construct and maintain mechanisms for food selection, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
- Forecast operational components and oversee accounting functions
- Lead unit staff in quality control, cost management, labor oversight, and training
- Carry out periodic stock assessments
- Comply with Aramark and regulatory requirements
- Interact with client decision-makers to maintain strong relationships
- Participate in sales processes and contract discussions
- Explore options for new products and services
- Handle front-end operations of dining
- Develop and execute sustainable food service plans aligned with client objectives
