The role of Food Service Operations Director at Aramark is pivotal to the successful delivery of dining experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations. Job Requirements
- Minimum four years of previous experience
- 1-3 years in a management role
- Prior food service industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client and customer relationships
- Competence in delivering superior customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 lbs infrequently
- Willingness to stand continuously for long periods
