The Food Service Manager role at Aramark is a pivotal management position responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive dining solutions tailored to meet customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's service model
- Ability to maintain effective working relationship with other departments to ensure unified food service experience
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

- Lead the front-of-house dining operation in conjunction with Food Service Director
- Plan, direct and coordinate food service activities to deliver finished product to customer
