The role itself is an essential leadership position within the food service operation. The successful candidate will be charged with managing front-of-house operations in coordination with the Food Service Director, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience in cafeterias and residential dining facilities. Responsibilities include leading and developing the team through Aramark's coaching model, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, adhering to operational and financial objectives by managing profit and loss statements, and delivering desired client and company financial outcomes. This position demands not only operational expertise but also strong client relationship skills to identify client needs and communicate progress effectively. The leader will also drive productivity by implementing cost controls, labor initiatives, and production quality measures while ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, health, wage, and hour regulations.

Candidates must demonstrate at least one year of experience in a management role, preferably coupled with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
