At Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Aramark Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to lead and oversee daily food service operations within a dynamic healthcare environment. This full-time role is pivotal in managing frontline teams and ensuring that the dining experience aligns with stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Food Service Manager will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction by providing nutritious, timely, and appealing food services to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

The responsibilities of the Food Service Manager include leadership functions such as motivating and developing team members through Aramark’s coaching model, recognizing employee contributions, and ensuring performance meets both team and client expectations. The role requires planning and leading daily team briefings to optimize communication and operational efficiency, as well as upholding rigorous safety and sanitation standards throughout food service processes.

Beyond team leadership, the Food Service Manager is tasked with managing client relationships by accurately identifying and responding to client needs, effectively communicating operational updates and progress. This position also commands a strong financial acumen, requiring oversight of profit and loss statements, meeting financial targets, and implementing company processes that drive margin improvements.
