The Food Service Manager at Aramark plays a critical role in overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. This management position is vital to developing and implementing dining solutions that align with client needs and preferences while meeting operational and financial goals. The manager is responsible for leading the front-of-house dining operations typically within settings like cafeterias or residential dining facilities. The Food Service Manager works closely with the Food Service Director to plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities that ultimately deliver a high-standard finished product to customers.
