Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or cafeteria management preferred
must acquire ServSafe certification within 3 months
knowledge of food safety regulations
strong leadership skills
ability to manage budgets and maintain accurate records
ability to work in kitchen and cafeteria environment under physical conditions of standing for extended periods and lifting
ability to follow safety protocols around hot equipment

Job Qualifications
