Aramark is currently seeking a Food Service Manager, a key management position responsible for overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. This role focuses on creating and implementing dining solutions that cater to customer needs and preferences, ensuring both the quality of food service and operational excellence. The Food Service Manager plays a crucial leadership role by engaging and developing team members, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, managing client relationships, and delivering financial performance aligned with company goals. In this role, the Food Service Manager is expected to lead the front-of-house dining operation, coordinating closely with the Food Service Director to manage activities that deliver finished products to customers efficiently and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The position requires overseeing team performance, utilizing Aramark’s coaching model to motivate staff, recognize accomplishments, and ensure all operational objectives meet client expectations. Financial stewardship is a significant part of the role via management of profit and loss statements, understanding performance metrics, and applying cost controls to improve margins.

The Food Service Manager will also ensure compliance with all safety, health, wage, and hour regulations, fostering a safe and healthy environment for employees, clients, and customers. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
  • Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations
  • Lead the front of the house of the dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver finished products to customers
