Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum 1 year food service management experience
- minimum 2 years experience working in food service industry
- able to enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in written or electronic form
- able to handle responsibility for presentation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures
- required to perform duties inside cooler and freezer
- able to supervise others including conducting evaluations and training
- able to develop and implement policies, procedures, standards, and regulations
- able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- able to work in varying temperature conditions
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- minimum 1 year food service management experience
- minimum 2 years experience working in food service industry
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to supervise and develop a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- capable of performing inventory and ordering tasks
Job Duties
- Ensure customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service
- respond to customer questions and resolve issues in a friendly and timely manner
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations regarding product freshness, safety, sanitation, and refrigeration
- maintain food items in a safe and hazard-free environment
- prepare and serve food according to recipe cards
- order products properly for the foodservice department
- complete weekly and end-of-month foodservice inventory accurately
- train, motivate, and develop foodservice employees
- maintain all foodservice equipment, including cleaning ice cream machines
- perform additional duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager
