Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food service management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate foodservice equipment
- Good physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
