This role is focused on assisting with the operational management of food service accounts while meeting both operational and financial goals. The position is essential in supporting food service operations by ensuring that all assigned areas meet organizational objectives and client expectations. As an integral part of Harvest Table’s team, the individual will ensure that restaurant operations align with the company’s Executional Framework, which emphasizes delivering a best-in-class dining experience.
The candidate will work closely with associates, coaching and creating shared understandings about goals and how to achieve them effectively. This leadership also involves rewarding, recognizing, and developing employees to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce that upholds high safety and sanitation standards in all operational facets. The role requires a proactive approach in maintaining profitable, efficient, and compliant food service operations.
Compensation for this position is competitive, with a salaried range between $68,000 and $72,000 annually.
