The Food Service Manager role at Aramark is a vital management position responsible for overseeing dining operations, ensuring that the food services meet customer needs and tastes. The role requires strong leadership skills to engage and develop a team capable of delivering excellent service in cafeteria or residential dining facility environments. As a Food Service Manager, you will coordinate food service activities, supervise team production and quality control, and plan and lead daily briefings to ensure operational effectiveness.

- follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations including safety, health, wage and hour
- lead the front of the house of the dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director
