The role of Food Service Manager at Aramark is a key management position tasked with the development and implementation of dining solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs and tastes of customers. The manager builds strong client relationships by identifying needs and communicating operational progress effectively. A critical responsibility is managing financial performance through precise completion of profit and loss statements, delivering on client and company financial targets, and educating teams on operational metrics, order, and inventory trends.

Productivity is driven by managing efficient operations, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability. The manager ensures that the entire team is trained and capable of implementing operational processes while supervising production, quality, and control standards. Compliance with safety, health, wage, and regulatory policies is essential to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.

Additionally, the Food Service Manager leads front-of-house dining operations, coordinating efforts with the Food Service Director to deliver superior customer experiences. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
