This role entails developing and implementing dining solutions tailored to meet customer needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and satisfying dining experience. The Food Service Manager leads the front of house dining operation, collaborating closely with the Food Service Director to coordinate food service activities and deliver high-quality finished products to customers. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and fostering a motivated and cohesive team. The manager must adeptly handle client relationships by identifying needs and communicating operational progress effectively, thereby maintaining positive and productive business partnerships. Financial stewardship is also a key responsibility, involving oversight of profit and loss statements and ensuring that financial targets are met through efficient operations and sound cost controls. The Food Service Manager adopts Aramark’s processes and leverages performance metrics to educate and empower teams on best practices for improving margins.

In addition to operational management, this role requires adherence to compliance standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and patrons, and following all applicable policies and legal regulations. The Food Service Manager leads efforts to meet food and labor initiatives while supervising production quality and control, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Developing new skills and adapting to evolving job demands are encouraged, contributing to both employee growth and organizational success.
