Preferred Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and passionate Service Manager who is focused on food and hospitality. Job Requirements
- Minimum four years food service or restaurant experience
- minimum two years of supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- must have reliable transportation
- must be available to work up to 50 hours per week, may include weekends and some holidays
- must possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building along with a pleasant disposition
- must possess novice computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word and Google Suite
- must demonstrate ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
- must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide direction in service training to hourly employees
- ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success
- consistently supervise, manage, and inspect all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards
- ensure guest satisfaction through proper internal controls
- prioritize employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently
- promote positive open communication in a team environment
- inspect and administer employee uniform and personal hygiene standards
- instruct employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service
- assist restaurant employees in the area of food delivery and preparation
- perform other duties as assigned
