Job Requirements

  • Minimum four years food service or restaurant experience
  • minimum two years of supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must be available to work up to 50 hours per week, may include weekends and some holidays
  • must possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building along with a pleasant disposition
  • must possess novice computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word and Google Suite
  • must demonstrate ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
  • must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide direction in service training to hourly employees
  • ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success
  • consistently supervise, manage, and inspect all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards
  • ensure guest satisfaction through proper internal controls
  • prioritize employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently
  • promote positive open communication in a team environment
  • inspect and administer employee uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • instruct employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service
  • assist restaurant employees in the area of food delivery and preparation
  • perform other duties as assigned
