The Food Service Manager 3 position at Sodexo is a pivotal role within the food services health-care team at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, a well-respected 728-bed acute care facility located in Tallahassee, FL. This full-time role is essential for managing the day-to-day operations of the patient meal program, which uniquely utilizes the "Expressly for You" Room Service Programs aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and dietary experience. The Food Service Manager 3 will directly supervise a team of 45 hourly associates, ensuring that all aspects of food delivery meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. The individual in this position will be instrumental in designing and delivering innovative café experiences tailored for patients, their families, and hospital staff on a daily basis.
