At Sodexo, the School Services Division is actively seeking a dynamic and driven Food Service Manager 3 to provide leadership and support to food services within the Forest Grove School District in Forest Grove, Oregon. This role involves managing a multi-district account encompassing approximately 13 kitchens, requiring strong organizational, operational, and people management skills. As the Food Service Manager 3, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and leading a diverse team to meet both client and company goals. Your ability to train, motivate, and build effective teams will be essential, as this position requires oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

In this role, you will be expected to develop and maintain positive client and customer relationships, implement strategic plans for food service delivery, and foster an environment that supports collaboration and continuous improvement. Your leadership will drive the team to achieve financial targets while upholding Sodexo’s high standards for food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.   • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services
