Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of management experience
- 0-1 years of related experience
Job Qualifications
- Food service management experience focused on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and forecasting
- Experience using automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety
- Experience supporting quality, customer satisfaction, and service delivery across operations
- Proven ability to coach teams, provide feedback, and support compliance and engagement
Job Duties
- Oversee multi-functional food service operations at Colman Dock
- Manage purchasing, inventory control, and food cost analysis
- Implement and monitor food safety and sanitation standards
- Lead team coaching, delegation, and engagement initiatives
- Drive operational excellence through execution of standard processes and performance metrics
- Support revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs and daily oversight
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships to support account growth and profitability
