Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of management experience
  • 0-1 years of related experience

Job Qualifications

  • Food service management experience focused on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and forecasting
  • Experience using automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety
  • Experience supporting quality, customer satisfaction, and service delivery across operations
  • Proven ability to coach teams, provide feedback, and support compliance and engagement

Job Duties

  • Oversee multi-functional food service operations at Colman Dock
  • Manage purchasing, inventory control, and food cost analysis
  • Implement and monitor food safety and sanitation standards
  • Lead team coaching, delegation, and engagement initiatives
  • Drive operational excellence through execution of standard processes and performance metrics
  • Support revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs and daily oversight
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships to support account growth and profitability
