You will manage cash handling procedures, POS systems, vendor relationships, and ensure all signage and brand representations are current and compliant. By mentoring and developing your team, you will contribute to their professional growth while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position demands proactive management, creative menu development aligned with culinary trends, and the ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic hospital environment.
