Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee and manage dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. This management role is responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions that meet customer needs and tastes while ensuring excellent service standards and operational efficiency. The Food Service Manager will lead a team, utilizing Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop employees to their fullest potential. This includes rewarding and recognizing employees, planning and leading daily team briefings, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The Food Service Manager plays a critical role in client relations by identifying client needs and communicating operational progress. They will also be responsible for financial performance, ensuring the completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements, delivering financial targets, and educating teams on key performance metrics to improve margins. Productivity is a key focus, requiring the manager to bring value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management.

This position also demands strict compliance with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations related to safety, health, wage, and hour laws, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees. The Food Service Manager will lead front-of-house operations in conjunction with the Food Service Director, planning, directing, and coordinating food service activities to deliver high-quality finished products to customers.

Aramark offers a competitive salary range of $58,500 to $60,000 for this role, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, work/life resources, retirement savings plans such as 401(k), paid days off including parental leave and disability coverage. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience in the food service industry and management, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
