Job Description

We are a dynamic company operating multiple food service locations across the eastern district including Blanchard, Mustang, Oklahoma City, Tuttle, Choctaw, Shawnee, Newcastle, Chickasha, and Duncan, Oklahoma. The Food Service Manager position is essential for ensuring flawless operational oversight across our district's stores. This role involves directing kitchen teams with clear communication and strong leadership to maintain consistent quality standards while driving profitability. The manager works closely with both store and district leadership, taking ownership of food production planning, inventory management, and enforcing strict adherence to health and safety regulations. A critical aspect of this role is managing financial reports and analyzing profitability trends to implement corrective strategies effectively.

Additionally, the Food Service Manager plays an instrumental role in maintaining exceptional customer service standards by promptly handling guest feedback and resolving issues. This role also includes planning and coordinating special events and catering functions that align with brand expectations and franchise requirements. We look for candidates who are passionate about food and service, experienced in food safety and sanitation, and able to lead diverse teams with motivation and empowerment. This position is in-person and requires compliance with physical demands such as lifting, standing for long periods, and tolerating exposure to cleaning products and cooler temperatures. Work locations span several cities within the Eastern Oklahoma district, highlighting the opportunity to lead in a multi-site environment. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience in food service management or related field
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to analyze financial data related to food service operations
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • ServSafe Certification
  • ability to obtain Oklahoma ABLE license
  • willingness to work in multiple locations within the district
  • availability to work full shifts on-site

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • residing in or in close proximity to a city within the designated district is preferred
  • ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to ensure a unified food service experience for all customers
  • three or more years of experience working in food service
  • ServSafe Certification
  • must possess or be able to obtain Oklahoma ABLE license
  • must have experience with ordering and inventory
  • must have knowledge and experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods
  • requires frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to tolerate exposure to cleaning products and gasoline fumes
  • must be able to stand/walk for full shifts (typically around 8 hours)
  • must be able to enter and work in a cooler at temperatures of 32 degrees for up to 30 minutes at a time

Job Duties

  • Plans and coordinates food service activities in order to deliver a consistent, quality product
  • works with store and district leadership to direct kitchen employees
  • analyzes financial reports to track expenses, profitability, and implement correction actions as needed
  • drives profitability through effective cost controls and operational efficiencies
  • sets and oversees the appropriate quantities of food production
  • ensures ordering and all required reports are completed accurately and on time
  • maintains excellent customer service standards by addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly

  • ensures kitchen staff are adequately trained in all aspects of quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety
  • ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all food outlets
  • frequently inspects production, storage, and serving areas to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
