The Food Service Manager position at Popeyes plays a critical leadership role overseeing multiple restaurants within a designated region. The manager actively observes daily restaurant operations, provides ongoing support and feedback, and oversees the performance evaluation process for key personnel. Job Duties

  • Lead operations across multiple restaurants
  • recruit, train, and retain qualified restaurant general managers, assistant managers, and supporting team members
  • collaborate with RGMs to maintain adequate staffing of shift supervisors and crew
