Job Requirements
- A leader who demonstrates initiative and leads by example
- minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- advanced kitchen skills including knife and prep work and sauté techniques
- can stand for extended periods of time
- can lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipes
- portion food accurately

- assist in the training and development of staff members
- take ownership of opening, closing, and shift hand-off processes
- comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- communicate customer order information to virtual front-of-house team
