Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a cooking role preferably in an institutional or school setting
- understanding of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties

- flexibility to work varied hours if needed

Job Duties
- prepare and cook nutritious meals according to school menu guidelines
- ensure compliance with food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures
- manage daily kitchen operations including inventory and food storage
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- supervise and coordinate activities of other food service staff
- monitor portion control and food quality
- contribute to a positive dining experience for students and staff
