The Food Service Lead position at Aramark is a key management role responsible for overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • at least 1 year of experience in a management role
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's service model
  • ability to maintain effective interdepartmental relationships
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb
  • ability to stand for extended periods
