Job Requirements
- high school graduation or equivalent
- two years of experience in preparing, cooking, and serving food
- must obtain Alaska Food Worker Card within 30 days of appointment
- ability to work Wednesday through Sunday including weekends and holidays
- must be able to work in a commercial kitchen environment
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
Job Qualifications
- high school graduation or equivalent

- strong guest service orientation
- leadership and team motivation skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- valid Alaska Food Worker Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of appointment
Job Duties
- inventory and order food and supplies
- train and motivate food service staff
- discipline food service staff as needed
- maintain high levels of guest service
- manage menu with a variety of food offerings
- support food and beverage service for guests and events
- work collaboratively with the Director of Base Operations and Food Service Supervisor
