Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences in line with 452 Hospitality
- Ensure kitchen is adequately prepped and staffed for daily operations
- Oversee quick service, food safety, quality standards, availability, merchandising, and guest service
- Manage safety logs including food temperatures, rotation, and waste
- Enforce proper uniform, hygiene, handwashing, and glove use among staff
- Support safety training particularly knife handling and slicer use
- Create daily prep and item lists and delegate tasks
- Assist operations for smooth service and complete daily tasks
- Maintain cleaning checklists and manage projects or menu planning
- Assign duties, coach associates, and manage guest interactions
- Respond to guest and client feedback promptly and report issues
- Train new employees and conduct performance reviews
- Manage employee documentation and attendance reporting
- Inspect equipment and perform maintenance and cleaning
- Communicate with Regional Executive Chef and Operations Manager regarding service or quality issues
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Uphold company policies and procedures
- Engage in IDEA + Belonging initiatives promoting inclusion and community efforts
