The Food Service Hospitality Manager position at Aramark is a pivotal role designed for an experienced and motivated leader who can effectively manage food service, retail, and hospitality operations within both traditional and non-production environments. This role demands a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences while achieving operational efficiency, financial goals, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role incorporates strategic development and execution of food and beverage initiatives, such as creating menu cycles and promotional activities that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Financial oversight is another core component, involving budgeting, controlling labor costs, monitoring inventory, managing ordering and waste reduction, and driving profitability improvements through careful cost control and sales monitoring.

Aramark values a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can implement policies, procedures, and routines that uphold both company standards and regulatory mandates. The manager will also play a key role in coordinating delivery, set-up, and service to guarantee high-quality, safe, and efficient operations. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and boosting satisfaction levels is vital. Furthermore, the manager will oversee maintaining clean, organized, and inspection-ready facilities and retail spaces. This ensures an optimal environment for both employees and customers.

This salaried role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, reflecting the skill and experience required. Aramark highlights that job duties may evolve or change without formal notice as part of its commitment to adaptability and meeting business needs. The position does not have a predetermined application window and will remain open until a qualified candidate is selected. Aramark is committed to fair hiring practices, considering applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with applicable laws and fair chance ordinances, such as the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance when applicable.
