The role of Food Service General Worker at Lake Forest Elementary is an essential position within the Food and Nutrition Services department. Other duties incorporate inventory management, cleaning, equipment operation, and even driving refrigerated/freezer trucks to different sites as needed.

The position demands strong interpersonal skills, as the worker will regularly interact with students, faculty, and other staff, providing excellent customer service while communicating professionally and effectively with all stakeholders. Physical demands include the ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and performing tasks requiring medium physical exertion.
