The Food Service General Manager position at Elior North America, based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, within the healthcare segment, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join their dynamic Cura-Hospitality team. This full-time, onsite role is centered around overseeing a dedicated team of food service employees in the White Horse Village facility, ensuring that every guest receives meals that are not only healthy but also appealing and satisfying. Job Requirements

  • At least three years of progressive work experience in a leadership position in food service management
  • Proven experience in financial management and controls
  • Advanced skills in math and financial management, such as budgeting, labor, and food cost controls

Job Duties

  • Planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities and systems in the dining service and nutrition departments
  • Functioning as the liaison in all administrative roles with in the budget
  • Assuming responsibility for budget development and compliance, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, and preparation and service of food
  • Supervising staff and facilitating staff development
