Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience required
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Capability to follow safety and food handling guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and perform sales transactions accurately
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties
- Eligible to work at location
- Pass Florida Level 2 background screening if required
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Take food orders and relay them to back-of-the-house staff efficiently
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodate special requests
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Cook fast-food items complying with safety and food handling standards
- Perform light cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping to maintain sanitation and safety
- Keep equipment, work area, and facilities clean and orderly
- Perform sales transactions accurately and timely
- Manage cash drawer and funds in compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
