Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or grocery preferred
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- capability to work in temperatures ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- ability to climb ladders safely
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to handle cash register operations
- ability to work independently and maintain safety compliance
- attention to detail with food safety and inventory procedures
Job Qualifications
- strong interest and knowledge of the food service business
- previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- ability to work independently and with a team
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience
- uphold and maintain food and beverage standards including Pizza Hut brand standards
- execute food and beverage processes such as deliveries, replenishment, cleaning, and signage
- produce, package and label items to specifications
- maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- make salesfloor merchandise display changes
- complete and record cleaning tasks and follow food safety procedures
