Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferred previous food or grocery experience
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- capable of performing physical tasks including scanning, lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds, climbing ladders
- ability to work in varying temperature environments including refrigeration and freezer conditions
- ability to remain mobile for entire shift duration
- access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- interpret instructions, reports and information accurately
- handle cash register operations as needed
- comply with food safety and OSHA guidelines
- communicate effectively with guests and team

- Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business

Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests at 10ft with a smile and making eye contact
- greet the guest at 4ft, smile and initiate warm, helpful interactions
- help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping
- end every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
- actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant products throughout store hours
- uphold and maintain Food & Beverage standards and Pizza Hut brand standards where applicable
- execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, inventory routines, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and storage
- produce, package and label items according to specifications
- maintain a clean and inviting dining area as applicable
- make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays as directed
- be aware of current promotions in Café and Pizza Hut
- complete and record all cleaning tasks
- follow proper perishable inventory procedures
- follow all food safety requirements including monitoring temperature sensitive items
- use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products
- complete Pizza Hut training and certifications where applicable
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- work safely and comply with safety policies and report hazards
- support guest service roles such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up while maintaining compliance
- perform other duties based on business needs
