The Food Service Expeditor plays a key role within Legends Global’s food and beverage operations during high-volume events, including those at premier sites like Yankee Stadium. This position involves coordinating and expediting food and beverage orders between in-seat servers, service teams, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The Food Service Expeditor verifies order accuracy and presentation quality, facilitates seamless communication, and prioritizes orders efficiently during busy periods. Maintaining high standards of professionalism, food safety, sanitation, alcohol compliance, and guest service is paramount in this role. This position requires working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and performing duties such as event setup, restocking, inventory management, and post-event breakdown. Familiarity with the Uber Eats platform is necessary, as well as the ability to provide refunds when guests have issues with their orders. The role offers an hourly wage of $23.55 and is based onsite at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY. It requires physical stamina to navigate busy service areas and operate in all climate conditions for extended hours including nights and weekends. - Ability to interact with coworkers to assure compliance with company service standards

- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Coordinate and expedite food and beverage orders to ensure timely and accurate service
- Verify order accuracy, presentation quality, and completeness before orders leave the service area
- Maintain clear communication between In-seat personnel, service staff, and supervisors to support efficient operations
- Organize and prioritize orders during high-volume service periods
- Uphold all company policies related to food safety, sanitation, alcohol compliance, and guest service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo stations, service areas, and assigned workspaces
- Assist with event setup, restocking, inventory support, and post-event breakdown as required
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while maintaining service standards
- Familiarize themselves with the Uber Eats platform
- Notify Supervisor when inventory is running low or out of stock
- The ability to provide refunds to guests that have any issues with their order
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
