The Dishwasher/Utilities position at Lion Country Safari is an exciting and fast-paced opportunity to work in a dynamic and lively environment where the natural sounds of wildlife provide a unique backdrop. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager(s) and Chef Team, playing a vital part in maintaining hygiene and operational standards in the kitchen area. The job involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans to meet stringent safety standards required for food preparation. Additionally, the role supports the kitchen staff by ensuring proper storage of clean items and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.

In this position, employees are expected to manage waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash and recycling bins and ensuring the kitchen area is sanitary and organized at all times. The dishwasher must work closely with the team to maintain cleaning schedules and uphold company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive workplace culture that embraces inclusivity and sustainability.
