Job Duties

Ensure all utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment are clean and sanitized according to company standards
Maintain the dishwashing machine and promptly troubleshoot any malfunctions
Clean and sanitize the kitchen and service areas throughout your shift
Complete prep work and beautification duties as assigned
Communicate effectively with supervisors about any issues that arise
Adhere to company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position
Foster a positive work environment to support team morale and efficiency
Present a favorable image of the restaurant to enhance our brand recognition and mission
