Job Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods
- Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred
- Ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary
- Knowledge of MSDS and active practice of cleanliness protocols
- Responsible for maintaining sanitation requirements
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment including utensils, pots, and pans ensuring they meet safety standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team to store dishes and equipment properly
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles ensuring proper waste separation
- Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment
- Follow and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures
- Adhere to cleaning schedules to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
