Job Requirements
- Requires at least 4 years of experience
- Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Requires previous experience in food service
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using standard models
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least four years of food service experience
- One to three years of management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, and develop food service teams to maximize contributions
- Ensure food service operations align with Executional Framework
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost controls, and P&L statements
- Oversee compliance with safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Establish procedures for food ordering, preparation, and menu planning
- Coordinate production, merchandising, labor management, and training activities
- Maintain strong client relationships and participate in sales and contract negotiations
