Financial stewardship is critical, with duties focused on budget management, cost control for food, beverage, and labor, and maintaining profitability through diligent oversight of P&L statements. The Director also acts as a key liaison between LifeWorks and its clients, ensuring that program delivery meets client expectations and drives customer loyalty through exceptional service and innovation.

At Aramark, the parent company, employees benefit from a mission-driven culture rooted in service, diversity, and growth. Aramark offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and disability coverage.
