The Food Service Director role at Aramark is a key management position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive dining solutions that align with customer preferences and organizational standards. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
  • 1-3 years in a management role
  • Previous experience in food service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lb occasionally
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience
  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • Previous food service experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client customer rapport
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments for unified food service experience
  • Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
