Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in food service
- 1-3 years of management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Customer service skills
- Ability to recruit coach and develop teams
Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least 1-3 years of management experience
- Previous experience in food service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Demonstrated excellent customer service using Aramark's model
- Ability to work effectively with other departments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Lead mentor engage and develop teams including recruiting assessing training coaching and managing performance
- Ensure food services connect to the Executional Framework
- Coach employees by creating a shared understanding of goals and execution
- Reward and recognize employees
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- Adopt Aramark processes and systems
- Build revenue and manage budget including cost controls for food beverage and labor
- Maintain P&L statements
- Achieve food and labor targets
- Manage resources for quality and cost control within budget
- Implement and maintain labor and food initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals
- Direct operations related to production distribution and food service
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Comply with policies rules and regulations
- Establish and maintain food service systems procedures and menu planning
- Develop operational forecasts and manage accounting functions
- Coordinate production merchandising quality cost labor and training
- Recruit hire develop and retain frontline team
- Conduct inventory
- Maintain compliance records
- Maintain client and customer relations
- Participate in sales and contract negotiation
- Implement new products and services for sales growth
- Manage front of house dining operations
- Develop and implement food service plans with sustainable practices
