Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- 3+ years of experience in food service management
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- strong organizational and communication skills
- approved Food Manager Certification within one year of being hired

Job Duties
- oversee daily food service operations
- ensure meals are prepared and served timely
- comply with health and safety regulations
- manage kitchen staff schedules and duties
- maintain inventory and order food supplies
- coordinate with other departments for meal planning
- monitor food quality and customer satisfaction
