Job Requirements
- Prior food service or cashier work experience
- Ability to follow directions, read, and communicate in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, school administrators, and food and nutrition service personnel
- Computer skills as required for the position

Job Duties
- Follow daily work schedules for food production, service, and cleaning
- Participate in ongoing state-approved training related to food and nutrition services
- Demonstrate and promote exceptional customer service with students, parents, staff, and the public
- Operate point of sale systems in compliance with federal guidelines
- Adhere to food safety rules, departmental procedures, and HACCP standards
- Perform kitchen duties including pre-preparation, food production, service, backup, cleanup, and order check-in
- Assist with ordering, proper storage, and inventory management of supplies and food items
