Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of relevant cooking experience
- Ability to acquire food safety certification
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina for kitchen work
- Commitment to following safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a cook or in a related role
- Knowledge of basic food preparation principles and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety regulations including proper handling, storage, and sanitation
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods
Job Duties

- Handle kitchen utensils such as knives safely
- Operate cooking machinery including ovens, slicers, and mixers

- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Clean and sterilize workspaces, equipment, and utensils
