Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- Ability to manage data accurately and securely
- Experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- Experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment preferred
- At least one years' experience in customer service or a call center preferred
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Job Duties
- Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs
- Making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address patient concerns as needed
- Managing data to aid completion of patient orders
- Communicating accurately and professionally with patients and guests
- Ensuring secure processing of food service orders
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to enhance patient satisfaction
- Maintaining knowledge of hospital food service protocols
