- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- Ability to manage data accurately and securely
- Experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
