This role as an Espresso Team Member at Bainbridge Island Market offers an exciting opportunity for coffee lovers who want to turn their passion into a dynamic and rewarding career. You will join the espresso team equipped with training that will enhance your skills and empower you to provide exceptional coffee experiences. The position requires working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is an excellent role for individuals who excel in customer service and enjoy working in a lively, team-based retail environment. The hourly pay ranges from $18.40 at entry level to a maximum of $26.15, making it a competitive position in the food service industry.

As an Espresso Team Member, your daily activities will include preparing quality espresso and specialty coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service by answering questions, running the register efficiently, and maintaining the freshness and stock of products. You will ensure the espresso department remains clean, safe, and inviting, all while supporting your co-workers and adhering to safety, security, and sustainability policies.
