- partial high school education
- food safety certification required
- strong sanitation habits including attention to detail
- ability to learn and use food service POS system including computerized cash register and credit card terminal
- ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management

Job Duties
- assist guests through positive and friendly interactions, answering questions, and completing sales on register
- complete sales in POS in an accurate, efficient and friendly manner
- cook short order items on a serving line and perform simple food preparation
- maintain sanitation of food and food service areas
- serve orders to guests quickly and efficiently
- clean counters, equipment, and general work area, including washing dishes
- replenish and inventory food items and supplies in a cafeteria serving line, food bar, and storeroom
- perform other related duties as directed or required
