Job Requirements
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- friendly customer service attitude
- ability to accurately calculate and count change rapidly and repetitively
- good reading, writing and math skills
- ability to learn food handling regulations and pass certification tests as required
- ability to learn Point of Sale cash register system, beverage brewing and/or dispensing equipment and cleaning equipment
- for Banner Staffing Services team members, food handlers card required within 30 days of hire
- for BSS team members in Tucson and Colorado, food handlers card not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent working knowledge
- effective interpersonal communication skills

- good reading, writing and math skills
- ability to learn food handling regulations and pass certification tests
- ability to learn Point of Sale cash register system, beverage brewing and/or dispensing equipment and cleaning equipment
- barista experience preferred
- additional related education and/or experience preferred
Job Duties
- Accurately records all sales in the Point of Sale System
- transacts payments with customers
- stores, counts, deposits and maintains register cash and receivables according to facility policies and procedures
- maintains all assigned stations, keeping them clean, well-stocked, and attractive at all times
- provides service to customers, meeting standards and guidelines
- responds to customer complaints and assists with problem resolution
- performs cleaning, stocking, sign maintenance and other assigned duties
