We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Food Service Baker to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $23. The role requires full open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with shifts that may vary according to operational needs. The Food Service Baker plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of food quality and safety that our residents expect and deserve.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of food and baked goods tailored for daily meals and special community events. Your duties will include maintaining accurate records, managing recipes, and adjusting meals based on dietary needs and meal counts, ensuring every resident's nutritional requirements are met with care and precision. You will assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock to minimize waste and maintain food freshness.
