Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of baking or food service experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow recipes, production sheets, labels, and written instructions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and teamwork

Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods for daily dining service and special functions
- Assist with food preparation for resident meals as needed
- Maintain accurate production records for baked items
- Help with inventory, ordering, receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and storage organization
- Follow and adapt recipes based on daily meal counts and dietary needs
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, including HACCP principles
- Clean and organize kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
- Assist with meal service and kitchen cleanup following proper procedures
- Complete laundry assignments as needed
- Communicate with kitchen leadership and team members regarding daily operations
- Support special events, meetings, and departmental initiatives
- Practice safe work habits and proper use of kitchen sanitation equipment
